I am thrilled to sell one of my hat besties toppers at the HoM.  Jill is based in California and is meticulous with her attention to detail, her hats are perfection.  We met over 20 years ago while working for the same milliner in New York and are still making hats!  The Cedros fits a slightly smaller headsize, 22.5" and below.  The brim is almost 3" wide and the crown around 4.25" at the front.  The ribbon is a very dark navy.
